Andy is responsible for Eastern Solent Coastal Partnership's coastal research, asset management and surveys team. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE) with practical experience of framework public sector procurement and delivery of all stages of flood and coastal engineering design and management. He has over 15 years' experience of the coastal maritime engineering, in both the private and public sector, and is a current ICE Maritime Engineering Journal Advisory Panel member.

Andrew Sematimba

Executive Director- Business Development, Kanara Solutions  

Before setting up Kanara Solutions, a company with offices in Southern and East Africa specialising in Infrastructure Asset Management, Andrew worked for Nedbank and an African Pay TV Operator (DSTV) over a span of 22 years. He held various roles ranging from CIO, Operations Director, Country Head, Finance Director, etc. From an education perspective his highest qualification is a MCSE (Masters in Software Engineering) from the University of Oxford.

Anita Pharmatrisanti

Senior Engineer of Asset Management, Perusahaan Listrik Negara

Anita works in the planning department, having joined PLN 24 years ago. She is experienced in engineering, maintenance system development, as well as the development of asset management systems. Anita graduated with a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from ITB Indonesia, and has a masters and PhD from TU Delft, Netherlands, with a research area of Gas Insulated Switchgear asset management.

Anna Dwita graduated from control system and joined the planning department in the West Java Transmission unit of Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), an Indonesian government-owned corporation, in 2016, and is involved in the asset management certification process.

Benjamin Bartolome

Assistant Vice President - Technical Services Department, Hedcor, Inc - Aboitiz Power Corp.

Benjamin has 28 years of experience in maintenance, testing, commissioning and operation of Hydro Power Plants and is currently the Assistance Vice President for TSD covering 21 hydro power plants. His role includes managing the following: testing and diagnostics for electrical assets, Protection, Automation & Control, as well as asset condition and risk assessment for civil assets and mechanical assets. He has also achieved the IAM Certificate in asset management.

Caroline has 16 years’ experience working for United Utilities in the field of asset management. As a subject matter expert within the company, Caroline has been successful in transforming the way in which asset management and asset health activities are carried out, developing models for asset deterioration, leading on the production and implementation of maintenance optimisation tools and the use of visual tools to narrate key asset health issues.

Chris Genin

Global Asset Management Specialist, DP World

Taking an asset management journey familiar to many, Chris has been 'managing assets' since joining the army in 1991 as an engineer specialising in maintenance and reliability. Since then, he has grown into asset management with time spent in the resources and infrastructure sectors as both a manager and a consultant. Chris is now working in a global role at DP World focusing on improving asset management across a network of ports and terminals on six continents.

 

Daniel Scott

Major Bridges Director, Amey

Ewan Angus is Major Bridges Director for Amey within the Forth Bridges Operating Contract for Transport Scotland, responsible for all engineering and technical matters on FRB and the new QFC. Ewan has taken a lead role in the implementation of cloud based asset management systems that utilise asset databases, SHM, automation, big data analytics and machine learning on the bridges. These systems are amongst the most advanced on major cable supported bridges globally.

Graham Earp

Principal Consultant Engineer, EA Technology

Graham joined EA Technology in 1991 and is currently responsible for evaluating and implementing innovative technologies for he detection of Partial Discharge (PD) in high voltage plants and equipment. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Liverpool and is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Engineering and Technology.

Himanshu Jindal

Hossam Aboegla

Hossam is a project manager in Lloyd’s Register Energy and responsible for delivering aging assets optimisation to global clients. He gained a BSc in Material and Metallurgical Engineering (Hons), and a MSc in Asset Integrity Management (Distinction). Certified from API, ASME, OMO, IAM. He is a professional engineer with 12 years of working experience in asset management for oil and gas, petrochemical and industrial sectors with a few achievements in his field.

John Paterson

Group Engineer, Atkins

John Paterson, BEng (Hons) MSc DipIES MIAM MCIHT, has over a decade of experience within Atkins asset management business, producing national guidance and best practice tools for the transportation sector, and implementing these with clients. As well as leading the review of the UK Roads Liaison Group Codes of Practice, John has also been developing greater insight into transport users, the key drivers for their satisfaction and how customer service can be improved.

John Woodhouse

John Woodhouse is MD of The Woodhouse Partnership and an acknowledged worldwide expert in Asset Management. Kiki Ayu Wulandari

Kiki is an engineer in the planning division. She has worked for seven years at PLN, and is now part of the team responsible for ensuring the development, implementation and evaluation of asset managements systems in the organisation. Kiki holds a bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Indonesia and a Masters in reliability Engineering and Asset Management from the University of Manchester, UK.

Lee joined the Army in 1991 and had a successful 20-year career in the Royal Signals. Across a number of posts, he was responsible for the strategy, implementation or management of significant numbers of both personnel and equipment. He left the Army in 2011 to work for Selex Communications (now Leonardo) before joining BMT in 2016. BMT is an engineering, science and technology consultancy with an entire business unit dedicated to asset performance.

Lisbeth Concho

Lisbeth is a Systems Engineer with 11 years' experience. She is responsible for the development of decision support tools for asset management planning at WSP. She is also working with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey supporting the implementation of their EAM Program. Prior to WSP, Lisbeth worked at the New York Metropolitan Transportation Agency's Enterprise Asset Management Program leading cross-agency projects.

She has experience in transmission system maintenance practice and evaluation, as well as the development of asset management systems. Orla Maher

Orla specialises in asset management and project, programme and portfolio management. She has a range of experience working in programme delivery, partner and large scale organisation change and transformation projects, including infrastructure asset management experience in the UK and Ireland. She also has experience in large infrastructure asset owners, ISO 55000 roadmap assessment, development and implementation. Victor is an Electrical Engineer with a Masters degree from the University of Manitoba, Canada, with 21 years' experience in the energy transmission business. He has held positions ranging from control centre and Electrical Studies Engineer, to Operations and Regional Maintenance Director, and his current role is Corporate Asset Management Leader for ISA Group supporting four asset management implementations in ISA Colombia, Peru, Brazil and Bolivia. Ludmila Kantova is the Asset Management Software Center of Competence Manager in IBM, leading the
team of experts on Software Discovery, Configuration Management and Software Licensing. She has 12
years’ experience in SAM.
Ludmila defined more than 200 tools innovation resulting in efficiency and compliance assurance. She
has deep expertise in Asset Management Process and has created more than 50 process documents,
including policies, directive, education modules and work instructions.

Luke Dix is an Asset PLanner at SA Water. Luke had a significant role in the development of SA Water's Smaert Water Network in Adelaides CBD and continues to lend his expertise to its ongoing operation. He is responsible for planning and management of all monitoring equipment throughout SA Water's supply network. Luke holds a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering and has worked at SA Water since joining the utility as a graduate in 2015.

He has 7 years experience in the energy transmission business: Working in ISA-INTERCOLOMBIA as Renewal Analyst (Coordinator) and nowadays as Asset Integration Specialist. Sergio has worked as thematic leader of the Asset Renewal and decision-making process in Asset Management project, and also, he has worked structuring the OPEX and Operative CAPEX of ISA offers.

Innovation Speacialist - Corporate Asset Management Leader, ISA Intercolombia

Victor Diez is an Electrical Engineer with Master's degree from the University of Manitoba Canada with 21 years of experience in the energy transmission business, and positions raging from Control center and electrical studies engineer, to Operations and Regional Maintenance Director, his actual role is Corporate AM Leader for ISA Group supporting four AM implementations in ISA Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Bolivia. Victor is very active in AM in Latin America.
