While delivery is a key element of the roles the candidates will be expected to lead and contribute to business development and growth and development of the allocated area capability within the team. Both of these roles will require travel to service clients internationally, including the UK, Middle East and USA. Business Development and Business Growth: Pro-actively lead business development/ fee generation for the allocated area and support business development activities where necessary across the UK. Activities to include active generation of new client introductions/ opportunities; further development of existing client relationships; actively promote the GHD brand to create and support opportunities for the wider group; marketing and proposal writing. Development of Capability within the Team: Further define and broaden the allocated offering, including definition of the offering and development of the capability. Project Delivery and commission management: Oversee the successful and timely delivery of projects within the allocated area, including financial, risk and resource management. Deliver projects in accordance with the GHD management system.
