The TOTEX experience in ISA Group

In Latin America under a competitive environment where the new transmission infrastructure must fulfil not only technical requirements from governments but also the most competitive bid over 25 years and more, the TOTEX concept allows organizations such as ISA Group to drive its improvement and competitiveness towards business sustainability.

From the Asset Management implementation in ISA Group with 4 out of 6 transmission System Operators (TSO) already certified under the international standards of ISO55001, lifecycle costing showed room for improvement that allowed ISA to put together two projects that will support a better decision making process in the lifecycle of their assets.

During this presentation Victor Diez will present the ISA Group organization, their energy transmission business as well as the implementations being undertaken using SAP modules in order to achieve better lifecycle costing to support ISA´s decision making.
