Governance
The IAM Uganda Chapter is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors and supported by a Secretariat, ensuring transparency, accountability, and strategic leadership in all activities. The Board provides oversight, sets strategic direction and guides the implementation of programs that advance professional asset management in Uganda. The Secretariat manages day-to-day operations, coordinates member services, organizes events and training, and ensures the Chapter aligns with global IAM standards. Together, the Board and Secretariat uphold the Chapter’s mission to foster learning, develop experts, and advance best practices in asset management.
