IAM Nigeria Chapter is a growing asset management community in Nigeria, established in 2026. The IAM is an educational and professional body established to advance the discipline of asset management and to support the capability development of industries, individuals and organisations involved in infrastructure asset management.

Dr. Oloyede O. Robert is the current IAM Nigeria Chapter President and Deputy Group Managing Director of Divcon Group, with two decades of expertise across mining, upstream, midstream and downstream petroleum operations. A Lagos Business School doctoral researcher with an MBA and a Mechanical Engineering degree(Thermo-fluids & Thermo-dynamics), he is a registered engineer recognised for technical leadership across Africa. Dr. Desiree Victor is Chairman of Octopus Clan Nigeria Limited, an indigenous Nigerian company spanning oil and gas engineering, construction, marine services, logistics and environmental remediation. She provides strategic leadership and corporate direction, and is associated with humanitarian work supporting vulnerable communities through education and welfare initiatives. Biodun Obileye is an executive transformation and asset performance leader with over 30 years' experience across energy, financial services, infrastructure and the public sector. A Founding Member of IAM Nigeria and Founding Director of DynaKonsult, he holds an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School, London.
