Will leads Black & Veatch’s Planning & Asset Management practice and has extensive experience in risk-based asset management planning, including asset failure analysis, risk and resilience assessment, capital and maintenance optimization, business planning, serviceability assessment, whole life costing, operational efficiency, performance benchmarking, business change management and infrastructure rehabilitation.

Over the past five years his team has helped utility clients identify and plan some $30B of infrastructure investment using risk-based tools and processes.
