Have you heard about SSGs? Join us to learn everything you wanted to know about asset management subject specific guidelines (SSG) and were afraid to ask. SSGs are international guidelines created by IAM membership and asset management experts. They provide subject specific guidance on implementing and advancing asset management practices. If you have seen the asset management anatomy the SSGs help peel some of the layers of the onion away to provide more specifics on what is in the anatomy and how to get started. Offering case studies, references and basic, yet detailed background for each subject. • 5 min: Update on the IAM
• 5 min: IAM-USA Overview
• 45 min: Overview of SSGs and deep dive in SSGs 1, 2 and 5: Asset Management Policy, Strategy & Plans

Hour 2:

The second hour is discussions at your local branch meeting either in-person, virtual or hybrid. For those online we will be splitting into breakout rooms for the second hour.
