On December 3, 2026, asset management and reliability professionals from across South Florida and beyond will come together for a full day of conversation, learning, and shared experience around a question that matters to every asset-intensive organization:

How do we make better decisions about the assets, people, data, and resources we depend on every day?

This year's AM-RCM program brings together Asset Management practitioners from asset owning organizations, leadership, local government, engineering, operations, reliability, finance, technology, and asset management.

Throughout the day, we'll explore the connections between:

• Asset Management & Reliability-Centered Maintenance
• Maintenance & Capital Improvement Planning
• Operations & Lifecycle Cost
• Data & Decision-Making
• People, Culture & Organizational Change
• Sustainability & Resilience

The program features practical case studies, technical sessions, and panel discussions led by people who are doing this work, not simply talking about it. From deciding when an asset should move from maintenance into a capital program, to understanding the real cost of keeping infrastructure running to building the organizational culture needed to sustain asset management, AM-RCM 2026 is designed around the questions practitioners are dealing with right now.
