Asset Information and Practical Data Intelligence in the Ports Sector: Daniel Hawkins, Jenna Davis.

This webinar will discuss how over 18 months, a comprehensive Asset Management (AM) Improvement Programme was implemented and bolstered by external expertise from KPMG. Led by Daniel Hawkins, the initiative focused on enhancing AM capabilities and addressing critical issues. Daniel spearheaded asset data and Maximo improvement streams, identifying data management challenges, and devising quick wins to enhance the user experience and define long-term Maximo reconfiguration requirements.

Daniel developed a planning tool to facilitate forward-looking preventative maintenance tasks, crucial for short-term planning processes. Daniel also crafted asset availability and performance dashboards on Power BI, intended as templates for integration into Maximo's refreshed configuration.
