This is the 4^th meeting of the Austin IAM Branch. We look forward to hosting a range of agencies and private sector representatives, united in our commitment to improving infrastructure outcomes through asset management.

In this session, we’ll be hearing from Adam Bailey of the City of Austin on organizational changes across the City’s asset management department. We’ll also be joined by Wes Weir of WSP, who will share a case study on structural asset management at Chicago Metra Transit Authority.
