Topic : Anglian Water’s bioresource unit manages one of the largest operational areas in the UK. To achieve the levels of biogas energy production and sludge treatment costs required, critical asset maintenance models are needed over a 60-week ahead timeframe. BMA’s Tactical Planning Platform was configured to provide this for them. This allows them to model maintenance requirements for critical assets, as well as provide visibility of the risk profile across their network. Providing 60-week ahead planning visibility enables them to create annual plans for the network whilst also having clear maintenance plans at the site level.
