This webinar walks through how Rancho District Water Authority in California saved millions in capital through successful optimisation of its water meter replacement program, specifically:

• USD $6.7M (58%) saving over 7 years, and
• USD $8.2M (60%) saving over 10 years.

Utilising “what-if” scenario analysis, the team was able to quickly and accurately compare and analyse various meter rehabilitation and replacement strategies, ultimately identifying an optimized strategy yielding these savings. The results were presented to Rancho Water’s Board who then unanimously approved the approach, resulting in a new meter replacement program that produces significant savings for the agency and improved levels of service for its customers.
