Dr Cinzia Maggiore
Cinzia is an Associate Director in Strategic Consulting in Jacobs with over 10 years of experience in asset management, digital, business intelligence and innovation across sectors.
Cinzia is an Asset Management lead, helping strategic clients establish asset management in their organizations covering from policy and strategy to whole life cycle investment, optimized decision-making processes, data analytics and modelling.
Cinzia is an Agile coach and SCRUM Master, leading the agile transformation in her organization challenging the status quo and promoting design thinking and lean start-up to transform the ways of working in engineering.
Gary Fitch
Gary is a Senior Associate Director with a career’s worth of experience in condition assessment, data management and asset management. Gary has worked in the highways, aviation and rail sectors.
Gary led Transport for Buckinghamshire in developing their Asset Management Framework which was certified to ISO55001 in 2018. Since then it has undergone continual improvement passing subsequent annual audits. Transport for Buckinghamshire won the IAM’s Global Customer Service Award in 2019.
Gary has 40 years’ experience in the highways sector and has worked hard over the last ten years to transfer those asset management skills and expertise to other sectors, including rail and aviation.
