Key topics include strategies for selecting the most suitable asset management software systems and approaches to developing client asset management competence through project work. Additionally, the panel will explore innovative techniques such as non-invasive watermain condition assessment, illustrating how improved data collection methods can enhance decision-making processes in asset management.

Jennifer Stutzman
RA, LEED AP BD+C – Facility Renewal Architect, Duke Facilities Management.
Jennifer is a Registered Architect with over 15 years of consulting experience and a strong passion for energy efficiency, building science, and process improvement. Throughout her career, she has contributed to all stages of the building lifecycle, including project preparation, design, estimating, construction administration, quality assurance, change management, and facility and asset management. Currently, Jennifer is part of Duke University’s Facilities Management Department, where she supports the development, management, and coordination of the Facility Renewal Program— a long-term, strategic initiative focused on ongoing reinvestment in Duke’s built environment
Sigmund Skinner
EIT, IAM – Water Engineer, Arcadis
Sigmund Skinner is a Water Engineer at Arcadis in Virginia, passionate about enhancing quality of life and sustainability through effective asset management. He supports a team of engineers, management consultants and technical experts provide asset management services for a Public Works department in Maryland, supporting the stewardship of over 400,000 assets across 14 diverse asset types. Sigmund’s expertise spans organizational change management, business process optimization, field coordination for non-invasive watermain assessments, and evaluating CMMS and GIS data to strengthen Strategic Asset Management Planning (SAMP). He has also shared
his expertise as a conference presenter on asset management topics within the water and environment sector
Nick Lee
IAM – Senior Consultant, AMCL
Nick is a Senior Consultant with AMCL (Turner & Townsend’s Asset Management advisory group) in New York, bringing seven years of experience and a background in asset management, urban planning, public policy, and GIS. Nick provides management consulting services to asset-oriented organizations, particularly in the transportation and power sectors, supporting clients at both strategic and tactical levels—including SAMPs, Organizational Models, TAM Plans, AMPs, data collection, EAM system implementations, and maturity assessments. He is recognized for his creative approach and has presented on asset management topics at several industry conferences.
