Alexandra Sammons – CEATI

Alexandra is a program manager at CEATI, an organization that provides electric utilities with the knowledge and tools to help solve their most challenging needs. Her current portfolio focuses on Asset Management, Thermal Generation and Hydropower, however Alexandra has worked extensively on the Energy & Integration Strategy front, as well as Demand Side Management. Before CEATI, Alexandra studied Neuroscience at Concordia University in Montreal. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science, her interest in the energy industry led her to work for CEATI.

Parik Daware – NYPA

Parikshit Daware (Parik) is Director Asset Intelligence Solution in New York Power Authority with over 17 Years working with asset heavy industries in technology solutions, digital transformation, Solution Architecture, Data Analytics, IT/OT Enterprise Applications including IBM Maximo, OSI PI, Autodesk engineering, APM for asset heavy industries. In his current role he oversees Reliability Centered Maintenance and Technology programs including Robotics and UAS, AI/ML, Sensor deployment, Mobile Apps and emerging technologies that supports asset management objectives and work towards the asset performance management goals.

Jaclyn Lawton - Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA)

Jaclyn Lawton is a data analytics and technology leader with over a decade of experience in asset reliability and power operations at Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). She specializes in driving performance improvements through self-service solutions, machine learning, and asset management digital transformation. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and is completing her Master of Science in Data Analytics.

Eddy Hix - Tacoma Power

Eddy Hix spent most of his career in the trades (mechanical/fabrication) and holds degrees in Economics and Business Administration. Combining a craftsman background, economic thinking, and a love for technology has led to a fascinating career tying all three together in the world of asset management. Eddy is part of the asset management team at Tacoma Public Utilities within the Power Generation section, where we manage seven hydroelectrical dams and their supporting facilities.

Maura Gillin – Chelan PUD

Maura Gillin is employed as the Manager of Generation Asset Management at Chelan County Public Utility District, a mid-sized hydro utility in the center of Washington state. She has been part of this small team since its infancy eight years ago, helping to develop all aspects of an Asset Management program. Maura has worked as an analyst in the energy industry for over 15 years and was educated in natural resource economics and policy.
