Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Asset Management will be held ONLINE on Friday 9th December 2020 when the following items of Ordinary Business will be transacted:

Agenda
1. Minutes of Previous Meeting to be tabled (Approved in 2019)
2. Report of the Auditor to be read
3. Annual Report and Statement of Accounts for the year January to December 2019 to be received and adopted
4. Composition of Council for 2020-2021 to be announced
5. Composition of Board of Management for 2020-2021 to be announced
6. Auditor to be appointed (it shall be proposed that Messrs Saffery Champness LLP be reappointed)
