Josh Parker is a seasoned professional in the field of construction and facilities management, bringing over two decades of diverse experience to his role. With a strong background and a wealth of practical expertise, Josh has established himself as a leader in asset management and building information modeling (BIM). Josh's dedication to excellence, coupled with his commitment to continuous improvement, positions him as a valuable asset in any organization striving for innovation and success in the realm of construction and facilities management. 

Josh's professional journey spans various roles and responsibilities, demonstrating his versatility and proficiency in the field. From serving as a CAD/BIM Designer to assuming leadership positions such as BIM/FCAP Manager and Assistant Director of Asset Management at UNC Charlotte, Josh has consistently delivered excellence in every endeavor. His expertise encompasses project management, design review, facilities condition assessment, and the implementation of ISO standards related to asset management, BIM, and GIS.

Josh is a respected presenter in the industry, having shared his insights with Campus FM Technology Association (CFTA) and International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) on several occasions.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and pursuing outdoor activities such as whitewater kayaking and rafting, reflecting his adventurous spirit and passion for nature.
