Ian Devine

Head of Asset Management at Dublin Airport, an experienced aviation leader with 20 year’s experience working in the aviation industry. Ian has a proven track record in design, delivery, maintenance, and operation of airport infrastructure. 

Ian is responsible for the overall performance of the multi-billion asset base across the Dublin Airport campus with a focus on key infrastructure assets including business critical Runway assets, Baggage assets and the effective and efficient performance of all business-critical assets. Ian plays a leading role in setting and directing policy, strategy & objectives for Asset Management.

Jerry Grant

Experienced Director & Utilities Specialist, delivering strategic advice and leadership in major infrastructure, asset management and utility operations. Managing Director at Irish Water until 2018, with over 700 direct staff and 3,000 staff in local authorities delivering services to 1.8 million households & businesses, with annual turnover of €1.3billion. Currently Non-Executive Director and Strategic Business Consultant.

Mark Macaulay

Irish Water, Asset Planning Manager. Mark is responsible for Irish Water’s asset management development and the planning of Water and Waste Water infrastructure under the capital investment programme. He has over 20 years’ experience across a range of operational, technical and management roles in the public and private sectors. 

William Mongey

William is the lead for Asset Management within the Chief Infrastructure Office (Eirgrid) and is currently developing the new EirGrid Asset Management System with his team.
