‘Pre-AGM’ Members Open Forum 29 October 2020

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be online for the first time this year, owing to Covid-19 and will be held on 9th December 2020. 

More importantly, we have always held an Open Forum Session, after the formal AGM business, to allow any Member (or non-Member) to raise a question or make suggestions.  Also at this session a Council Member has presented the outcome of the annual Member Survey.

Unfortunately, the AGM must be a single meeting, for legal reasons.  So, whatever time we hold the meeting, we appreciate that this will not be a convenient time for many of you.  Council has chosen the time of 16h00 GMT/UTC as the best compromise for the AGM and agreed that we will hold two Open Forum sessions prior to the formal AGM to allow more convenient access across time zones.

The Open Forum sessions will take place on Thursday 29^th October, 2020, at 09h00 and 16h00 GMT/UTC which we feel will give the best chance for people to attend at a reasonable time.

Both the President and Managing Director will be present to answer questions, so please do attend to listen or ask questions. 

We will make both the Annual Report 2019 and the new Strategic Plan 2020-23 available beforehand as these may answer some of your questions ahead of the sessions, allowing more time for discussion.
