Suzane Greeman, is the Principal Asset Management Advisor of Greeman Asset Management Solutions Inc., a firm headquartered in Manitoba, Canada, that specializes in asset management advisory and educational services.

Suzane has over 24 years of multi-disciplinary experience implementing asset management strategies in cement manufacturing, electric utilities, wastewater treatment, maritime transportation, and airport industries.

Suzane is a member of ISO/TC 251 Committee for asset management, and the Branch Leader for the Manitoba Branch of the Institute of Asset Management. She is the author of “Risk-based Asset Criticality Assessment (R-b ACA©) Handbook”.

Mathieu Gauthier

Mathieu Gauthier is Manager of Infrastructure Planning at the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation. His is an experienced engineering professional with over 16 years of experience working with asset owners, consulting, and construction firms in both the public and private sectors. Mathieu specializes in capital program management and critical infrastructure planning.

In this role, Mathieu leads a team of engineers, asset planners, and inspectors in asset investment planning and is the steward for the multi-year asset renewal plan and budget. He oversees asset inspections, condition assessment, short- and long-term capital budgeting, and coordination of major infrastructure works.

Mathieu holds a B.Ing. and an MBA and is a registered Professional Engineer in Quebec and Ontario.

Iqbal Singh Biln

Iqbal Singh Biln is the Corporate Manager for Technical Programs at the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation. He is an experienced engineering professional with 30 years of multi-disciplinary experience in asset management, engineering, infrastructure management, maintenance, and operations in mining and marine industries. He has managed large, multi-scale projects, including preparation of business cases, investment justification, budget management, risk analysis, equipment selection, procurement, and construction management.

Iqbal has also developed and implemented infrastructure inspection and assessment programs, preventative maintenance programs, business plans, and long-term asset renewal programs. As a Six Sigma Champion, Iqbal is committed to excellence through continuous improvement.

Iqbal holds a B.Eng degree and an MBA and is a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario. He also is a Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA); and a Certified Maintenance Management Professional (MMP).
