London & SE branch event crossover with the Digital Hot Topic working group.

The branch meeting aims to provide an opportunity for networking with like-minded asset management practitioners, talking about the leading trends and showcasing some asset management projects.

For the May branch meeting, we have Martin McMahon from Transport of London to talk about the impact of Covid on asset management practice and what it means in transport assets investment decision making.

Dr Aoife Hunt MBE from GHD will speak about her experience leading research initiatives and guidance developments that supported government policy and clients across multiple sectors, including healthcare, sports and events, construction, retail, and transport infrastructure. She will also talk about how COVID has changed the orthodoxy of asset infrastructure going forward and what lessons can be learned.

For Digital Hot Topic – Talk on Digital Maturity and how the measure it and the recent Infrastructure Client Group report launch and what it means to Asset Management. It will also include an interactive session.
