• What we mean by Resilience - A short definition from The Rockefeller Foundation 100RC (Resilience Cities) that I refer to: “the capacity of individuals, communities, institutions, businesses, and systems within a city to survive, adapt and grow no matter what kinds of chronic stresses and acute shocks they experience.”
• Discussion on value based resilience investment planning
