We hope you are all keeping safe and managing through these challenging times. Many individuals and organisations may be thinking about how they can allocate some time to training and development of asset management competencies. With this in mind, the IAM UK North West Branch would like to invite you to the first of our online webinar sessions where we will be running a short overview of asset management competencies and exploring some of the key learning points and challenges in developing this within organisations. Matthew McConville
Matthew is a Principal Consultant, an experienced Project Manager and a Chartered Environmentalist with a varied portfolio of practical experiences. He is the AMCL Water Sector Lead and holds extensive cross sector insights partnering with many organisations to produce practical and innovative Asset Management capability improvement deliverables.
His most recent major project was a multi-site training initiative for several hundred people managers and specialists from across the organisational hierarchy in a major Power Generation sector client. He is an accomplished trainer, mentor and stakeholder manager with almost 20 years of experience across a range of Operational and Asset Management environments
