Asset Management Program Assessments and Work Plans

Where are you in the asset management journey? Every organization has achieved different levels of maturity in asset management. Today is your opportunity to perform a mini organization asset management assessment. We will use a methodology and framework based on the International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM) 2015 Edition, covering 16 asset management aspects. The IIMM 2015 edition provides guidance for aligning with ISO 55000 standards. The results from the assessments will provide the foundation for future meeting topics. Please bring a phone as much of the meeting will involve online participation. We will also hear about one or two organizations experience with an asset management program assessment. Come share and learn from others how to advance your organizations asset management maturity through program assessments.
