This presentation will explore the various impacts racism can have on asset management. We will cover the history of the Race and Social Justice Initiative in the City of Seattle that has helped create resources and opportunities to weave equity into asset management. We will look at the tools and strategies that have helped asset managers at SPU integrate equity and prioritization into Capitol projects.  We will take a deep dive into an equity strategy created for the Longfellow Starts Here project. This presentation will include interactive activities and/or group discussion.
