The infrastructure challenges we experience today are not new, and will not go away anytime soon. We need to prepare the decision makers and infrastructure managers of the future, so they are prepared to take on expected and unexpected challenges.

Questions include: how do we provide better education at undergraduate and graduate levels on infrastructure and the skills required to manage it well for the future?  How can we provide support on tools and issues to infrastructure decision makers in all levels of government and in the C suite?  What about instilling the ethics of infrastructure - the ethics of social responsibility and equity in managing essential infrastructure for our communities?
