Stephanie Klecha

Steph is an experienced Chartered Engineer, Materials Scientist and the named inventor on worldwide patents for remote condition monitoring systems. She has spent 20 years leveraging technology for inspection and maintenance, often engaging with both sceptics and early adopters. She has worked for Rolls-Royce Aerospace, MRX Technologies, Siemens Mobility and Porterbrook Rail. She is currently a Partner at PA and the Global Lead for Optima (a decision intelligence approach).

Trish Gray

Trish Gray is a highly experienced Aeroengine Consultant and Expert Witness with more than 40 years in the aviation industry, having worked across engine manufacturers, airlines, leasing companies, and legal firms. She is the CEO and founder of TGIS Aviation Management Ltd, a global consultancy providing aircraft, engine, and APU asset management services, technical oversight, commercial support, and expert witness testimony in UK and international courts. Her expertise spans engine cost management, maintenance reserve modelling, technical operations, contract negotiation, and the full spectrum of on- and off-wing engine management, with experience covering nearly all commercial engine types. Trish is widely recognised for her deep technical insight, strong commercial acumen, and authoritative industry expertise.

Jonny Pye

Jonny leads the technical delivery of Optima, PA’s proprietary engine maintenance planning solution, supporting major airline clients. Combining expertise in advanced analytics with deep aviation industry experience, he helps airlines optimise maintenance planning and drive data-informed decision making.

Jonny Buckley

Jonny is a Chartered Civil Engineer, with a previous career in defence, railway Maintenance and the rail Enhancements. Jonny has been with PA since 2016, and as a Partner in our Transport practice oversees our delivery to Network Rail whilst also supporting wider critical national infrastructure and adjacent geographies.

Ross Simson

Ross is an experienced data, AI and transformation leader who has spent over 15 years helping complex, regulated organisations turn data into commercial and operational value. He has built enterprise data strategies, governance capabilities, cloud platforms and multidisciplinary teams of up to 200 people. He worked for Thames Water as Head of Data, Costain, Severn Trent Water, Npower, British Gas, EY and Capco. He is currently a Managing Consultant at PA, focused on Data within the Energy, Water and Utilities sectors.

Fabio Da Luz Mourato

Fabio is a water asset management professional with over 10 years’ experience across water and wastewater operations, asset health and investment planning. He specialises in translating asset, condition and operational data into evidence-based decisions that help water companies understand risk, prioritise investment and optimise capital programmes across AMP cycles. He is currently a Principal Consultant focused on asset management and investment planning across the water sector.

Lorenzo Cazzoli

Lorenzo specialises in operational research techniques to help organisations solve problems that are too complex for traditional planning approaches. He directs advanced mathematics and optimisation techniques across sectors to support better asset, operational and investment decisions. His background combines engineering, strategy consulting and international business leadership, giving him a unique perspective on how organisations can augment human expertise with data-driven decision-making.
