Workshop Details

To make the most of our time, we have some questions we'd like you think about ahead of the event.

You will receive a notification to join us on Teams - you can submit thoughts and questions here. You will also be able to talk to all the other attendees and speakers before and after the event.

The webinar will present a process and tools for selling asset management within and without your organization. The use of these tools will be supported by the presenter’s experience. The workshop is interactive – both during the live presentation and through a follow-on exercise. Please take a few minutes to think about the following questions, before joining the webinar.

Who is currently on your internal asset management team: name and function? Are they “all in” or just partly?
Who do you want to be on your team?
Have you thought about what it will take to get them engaged?
Are your organizational marketing, sales and external relations people talking about asset management to their customers and constituents? If so, are you contributing to these conversations? If not, what can be done to get them started?

The questions above and others will be posted to the site for your use in discussion. The presenters will engage in this discussion along with attendees and will provide additional resources to the discussion.
