Join NxtGen for an informal virtual drop-in session ahead of the upcoming IAM UK Chapter Conference and the NxtGen In-Person Event in Glasgow. This session is designed to bring together early career professionals from across the asset management community, whether they are attending the events or simply interested in learning more about them.

The call will provide an opportunity to connect with peers, hear about what to expect from the upcoming events, and start building relationships before meeting in person. By creating a relaxed and welcoming environment, we aim to strengthen the NxtGen community and help attendees arrive at the conference with familiar faces and established connections.

Objectives:

• Provide attendees with key information and signposting for the IAM UK Chapter Conference and the NxtGen In-Person Networking Event.
• Create an opportunity for early career professionals to connect and expand their professional networks ahead of the events.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive NxtGen community for both new and existing members.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and discussion amongst attendees from different organisations and sectors.
• Help attendees build confidence and familiarity before attending the conference and networking events in person.
• Raise awareness of NxtGen, its purpose, and future opportunities for involvement within the asset management community.
