Join us for the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) Oregon Branch inaugural meeting!

Branch events are free and will provide opportunities for professionals to network and meet like minded individuals with an interest in infrastructure asset management best practices.

Chet Hagen will talk about the development of Multnomah County’s Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), and three Asset Management Plans (AMP). Dan Tedrow, Sazan Group, will present a Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) case study.

Chet and Dan will help answer common questions, like:

• What are the contents of a SAMP and AMP?
• How detailed do you need to be?
• Who should be involved?
• How do you make it realistic and implementable?
• How do you achieve consensus about goals, priorities and responsibilities for delivery?
