He will share practical insights on aligning strategy with operations, leading cultural transformation (capability uplift), and considering organizational change across the asset lifecycle.

Martin Kerr
Martin Kerr is a Certified Fellow in Asset Management (CFAM), a Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA), a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CRMP), and a Certified Practicing Project Director (CPPD). With over 30 years of hands-on experience across maintenance, operations, leadership, and consulting roles, Martin is a respected thought leader in the global asset management community.
Martin has contributed to the development of the ISO 550xx 2024 standards and served in advisory roles with the Global Forum on Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM), the Asset Management Council of Australia, and World Partners in Asset Management (WPiAM). Martin is passionate about connecting people to purpose and helping organizations embed meaningful change through asset management excellence.
