Jaclyn Knoth is the Utilities Asset Manager in the Engineering Division at the City of Bellevue. She has over 10 years of experience specific to municipal utility asset management, and in her role at City of Bellevue she oversees the management and replacement planning of existing assets for all three utility lines of business.
