Chris Wenz, Vice President – Asset Management, WSP
Chris Wenz is a Naval Academy graduate who served more than 20 years on active duty and has more than 20 years designing and implementing Reliability-Centered Maintenance programs across a variety of both federal and commercial industries. He created a multilevel RCM certification program for Navy engineers responsible for developing maintenance requirements for ships, submarines, and aircraft carriers. Chris also led the creation of more than 2,500 step-by-step maintenance procedures as part of an RCM planned maintenance program redesign on all of Amtrak’s rolling stock vehicles and implemented those procedures at 39 maintenance facilities nationwide.
