Sonila Salillari

With over 25 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Sonila Salillari has held various positions, including leading one of Canada’s largest CBRE accounts, serving as Asset Management Director, Global Product Owner for Asset Management and Technical Services, and Global Solution Architect. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional client service and created agile structures to respond to emergency initiatives.

Sonila excels in managing products and solution development lifecycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning efforts with business goals. Her expertise in Asset Management, aligned with ISO 55000 standards, includes implementing lifecycle capital planning systems across diverse portfolios.

At CBRE, Sonila has received several awards, including the CBRE GWS Individual Recognition Leadership Award and the Best Practice Account Award. She is also dedicated to supporting various communities by teaching Project Management at a college, participating in mentoring programs within and outside the organization, and serving as a board member of the Institute of Asset Management.

Jason Glasson is Highways England Asset Capability Team Leader - Responsible for developing and implementing an ISO55000 compliant asset management system across Highways England, together with the tools to support maintenance and renewal activities, building the Highways England's asset management capability and competency to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
