The Evolving Role of Asset Planning in Infrastructure Resilience: In recent years asset planning has transformed the resilience and efficiency of modern infrastructure. The advent of advanced information handling capabilities is set to further accelerate and enhance the added value of reach of asset planning. However, realising these benefits will require the active sponsorship of boards and executive leaders.

Professor Clive Deadman

Clive started work as an engineer in the mining and automotive sectors. He then spent 9 years in private equity/accountancy and then 20 years with United Utilities (£100 bn assets) and Electricity Northwest (£20 bn assets).

For the last 11 years Clive has worked as a Professor of Water and Energy and Chair and Non-executive Director of a range of regulatory and asset owning organisations.
