Launch of the IAM Big Picture in German

The Institute of Asset Management is delighted to announce that the Big Picture Asset Management Journey is now available in German.

The IAM Big Picture is a visual tool for starting conversations about asset management within your organization as well as with customers, suppliers and wider stakeholders. It is the result of stories shared by hundreds of IAM members over a series of workshops.

The Big Picture doesn’t describe how to ‘do’ asset management, but rather captures what it feels like to be on your organization’s asset management journey and it depicts the potential cultural and technical barriers.

The Big Picture resources can be used to build a common purpose and articulate vision within an organization, and to support diagnosis, or gap analysis.
