Toby Kizner Appointed IAM Deputy President

The Institute of Asset Management is delighted to announce the appointment of Toby Kizner as IAM Deputy President.

Toby has been actively engaged with the IAM since 2017. She volunteered on the IAM North America conference committee for a number of years and has contributed to the refresh of the IAM Diploma question bank. She was appointed to the IAM Board in 2024, having been elected for her passion for professionalizing and growing wider awareness of the practice of asset management to support both individual and organizational capability.

During her Board tenure, Toby has contributed to strengthening the Institute’s global perspective, helping to promote the value of asset management across sectors and regions.

Toby is Managing Director, North America at AMCL.  She has over 30 years’ experience advising asset-intensive organisations on improving performance, decision-making and long-term value. She is recognized for her leadership in supporting organizations to drive transformation and advance their asset management capability.

IAM President Andy Jinks said, “Toby Kizner’s appointment as Deputy President comes at an important time for the IAM as we continue to expand our global reach and support the growing recognition of asset management as a critical discipline for sustainable success.”

Toby said, “I am honoured to take on the role of Deputy President. The IAM plays a vital role in advancing asset management worldwide, and I look forward to further developing my relationships with our global community to strengthen the profession and deliver value to our members, wider stakeholders and the communities we serve.”

Toby will succeed Andy as President in September 2026 at the IAM AGM.
