Topic/ Summary: 

Investment decision-making in times of change - an in-person meeting with three presentations from industry professionals

1. Asset management at the heart of London’s flood risk protection - Jacobs will present on their work with the Environment Agency on the TEAM2100 project which provides flood defences to the city of London (https://www.jacobs.com/projects/team2100). They will cover the challenges posed by a new UK government in the context of climate change and international supply chain disruptions and will bring in and overlay the practical [tactical and strategic] asset management interventions. 
2. Much Maligned and Misunderstood: Our Management of Materials - The presentation will look at the different materials used over the life so far in TfL/London Underground structures, and the management approaches needed for each.
