What drove the development of the initial framework, how was it developed and how do you use the framework for decision making now compared to pre-COVID? We will hear from Dan Speicher with Jacobs. He is an expert in using technology in a virtual environment to create engagement, and for making decisions.
We would also like to hear from you! Please join us for a moderated discussion and be prepared to share how decision making is working in your organization now that most people are working remotely.

Dan Speicher
Hi, I am Dan Speicher, a 22-year veteran of Jacobs. I got my start in the infrastructure industry directly out of college, performing environmental documentation on transportation projects (back when reports were hand-written and submitted to the typing pool). That work took advantage of my undergraduate degrees of Environmental Science and Biology.
This work stirred my curiosity in the relationship between consulting firms and clients and the inner-workings of the infrastructure delivery. I decided to enter graduate school and complete a Masters of Public and Private Management (many universities call this a Masters of Business Administration - MBA). In that program I kindled my fascination with strategic planning and organizational development.
Since the completion of my graduate degree I have had the fortune to merge my understanding of the infrastructure industry and the human element of teams and organizations that make infrastructure delivery possible for public and private clients throughout North America.
I focus on developing, aligning, facilitating and mentoring teams for success. I have led organizations through strategic planning, teams through organizational development, and groups through complex decision making.
There is no better compliment than to hear a client say, “We could not have achieved this result without your help”.
