The presentation will cover both the external & internal drivers for change within the business; will explore the initial challenges to be overcome to initiate a process of continual improvement across the business; explain the achievements made to date and the value that those achievements have delivered to the business, customers and stakeholders; before concluding with an overview of the next steps in the transformation journey.

This story was recognised in 2023 as being worthy of the IAM Corporate Transformation Award and the role of Dave McKay in that transformation with the IAM McKeown Award for Individual Achievement.
