Yes, we can, as long as we have an open individual or corporate account to raise an invoice we can raise and send as a PDF. 

We can even update and resend once a PO has been raised and provided to us.

E-certificates and digital badges are created manually once a week (Fridays) following the results being received from Pearson Vue.

We do not provide physical certificates and e-certs and badges are sent to the registered email address used for the exam. 


The current available languages for the IAM Certificate and Diploma exams are -

Simply access your Pearson Vue dashboard by logging into your IAM portal and clicking on the 'Qualificatons' Tab. once in your Pearson Vue Dashboard under 'My Account' you will see 'Exam History' and Score Reports' these tabs will show you your result. 


They do not, but the eBadges can be used in signatures and linkedin etc


All Diploma results will be considered for Moderation where a candidate ‘Fails’ very marginally (e.g. by one question in one module. If you think this might apply to you please check with the IAM before resitting exams@theiam.org

You do not need to hold the IAM Certificate before taking the IAM Diploma exam, though it is advisable to read the syllabi for both to ensure readiness for the IAM Diploma

This will take you through to the exams platform via a web form where you can check your details are correct.

Once you are in the exams platform you can book and pay for your exam. This is also how you will access your exam online or in a test center. 


 If you have been provided a voucher code to book your exam simply login to your IAM account portal click on the qualifications tab at the bottom of the left-hand panel.

Once you are in the exams platform you can book your exam using the voucher code, follow the steps to book until payment and then use the 'Add voucher or promo code' option to add your voucher code and complete your booking.

To access the exam use the same route via your IAM portal login.


Login to your account portal and click on the qualifications tab at the bottom of the left-hand panel. 

This will take you through to the exams platform via a web form where you can check your details are correct.

Once you are in the exams platform you will see any upcoming exams showing on the main page, click into the booking to reschedule, this cannot be done less than 24hrs before an exam is due to be taken. 


Please send an email to Exams@theIAM.org and describe your need for test accommodations, as well as list the details of the exam you’re planning to take (including name of exam and where you want to take it) and we will be able to help.

Or our exams can also been taken online at home or in an office using the Pearson Vue OnVue system


Currently the platform used for awards, speakers and volunteers to submit information is not linked to your IAM account, you will need to create a new free account on the submission platform to enable you to submit.

The SAM+ tool is available for all subscribing/Paying members, once logged in via your IAM account you can find and access the resource in the Knowledge Library


In order to post to the IAM Jobs board you need to be a paying IAM Account Holder (Associate/Member, Student or of Fellow) or Reciprocal member of the IAM. 

Simply login to your IAM portal and the option to list jobs appears in the left-hand panel.


First of all have check to see if the IAM has a Chapter for your Region - Active Chapters (those already established and actively running events etc) can be found here

If there is not currently a Chapter you can find the criteria and steps to follow to see if a Chapter is viable for establishment in your region here

If it is viable you can follow the steps to start the process. 


To join any of the IAM Chapters around the world you need to be a Subscribing IAM Associate/Reciprical member, Member or Fellow. 

Once you have a subscribed account (paid) you can access and join your local Chapter*

*Please note

  • You should only join the Chapter associated with your home address though you may attend virtual events for any Chapter
  • The Netherlands Chapter includes an annual levy payment
  • The German Chapter can be joined directly by contacting DE.Executive@theiam.org
