With 12+ years experience and relatively early in his Asset Management career, Iain has contributed significantly to AM in Canada, having successfully delivered a number of high profile projects to develop the AM knowledge base, benefiting municipalities and local governments.

Jose has, over 20 years, been the most prolific and successful promoter of good asset management practices in Latin America. He led Spanish translation of PAS55, helped develop ISO55000 and led/facilitated multiple large, diverse and highly successful AM transformation programmes.

Esther as a new Senior Manager led the design and development of a 25 year investment plan for London Underground using an strategic asset management approach. Delivering a consistent approach to long term investment and gaining strong Executive level agreement.

The UIC Asset Management Working Group has done some fantastic work with producing instructional guides that can be used across the rail industry to develop, embed and understand the Asset Management System and specifically SAMPs.

Teamwork is at the heart of the Boston Barrier project. Through collaboration and the use of a common data environment we have unlocked efficiencies by allowing multiple suppliers and stakeholders to work in the same space to develop project information.

C55 Circuit-Optimiser is an intelligent system, transforming the planning of National Grid’s electricity transmission network. The innovation solves a significant Optimisation problem for asset management decisions that reduce risk and improve network reliability, resilience and security.

A custom designed, remotely assisted boiler inspection proved to be a very successful risk mitigation strategy for one of the AES Power Plant`s most critical assets which had a warranty period that was about to expire during the COVID-19 crisis.

ConnectNow is setting the standard for customer transparency in the Energy Industry, exposing our data to allow Customers to find the best places to connect, track their projects and for us both to make informed decisions towards achieving Net Zero

This innovative solution is a great example of how the team has taken a set of business requirements, understood the need, developed a tool to fulfil the requirements and then continuously improved the tool based on feedback.

Aligning asset data and performance with customer experience, using asset management, digital technology, analytics, engineering and market research, to better understand the level of service provided. This supports the “Focusing on Customer Service” objective within Highways England’s Asset Management Strategy.

Tee has made an outstanding personal contribution to the management of a major environmental risk faced by electricity utilities by developing an advanced risk model to identify contaminated equipment, sharing findings nationally, enabling industry wide savings of over ca. £200m.

AMS Team designed and implemented a Technical Cell, using risk to define, monitor and embed system changes needed to ensure the continued safe operation and maintenance of assets across all four Environment Agency AM systems in response to COVID 19.

The Cloud Managed Services (CMS) Asset Team created a solution for a cloud environment deployed on +140,000 IT assets value in U$ 280M in 13 locations. This involve +300 customers who host their business applications in the IBM cloud environment.

Paul has spearheaded an information revolution on a national infrastructure project, migrating a team from rudimentary digital practices to a fully integrated information management strategy and toolbox. In achieving this he has greatly improved the project, data and users experience.

Team collaboration and use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to capture software entitlements (licenses, maintenance and subscriptions) from corporate procurement system (SAP) at time of purchase, thereby enabling software compliance, spend analytics, and labor savings.
