IAM Centre exists to to support members, Chapters and customers and coordinate the administration, membership and trading activities of the Institute. In order to minimise the burden on volunteers and members, IAM Centre develops helpful procedures, systems and technology to support IAM activity.
IAM Centre operates the Institute databases, website and other technology, including management of membership subscriptions, the IAM shop, and events bookings. The intention is to enable members to be active and productive and to spend as little time as possible on bureaucracy or simply managing an area of activity, or a Chapter, etc..
IAM Centre exists to provide guidelines and support of communications for Chapters, Branches, Committees and other sections.
